Cancellation Policy

The cancellation charges are as following:

• If you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a full refund minus any charges Card/Bank may make for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus any card handler/bank charges for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5.

Please note in the case of «No show» the booking is non-refundable. Also cancellation credit cannot be moved between bookings.
